Matt is a the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. From listing to closing everything was handled with care and competence. ,Matt has excellent communication skills. He explained everything to us and used data to back up his presentation. It was so easy to make decisions after looking at the information. We had a few glitches along the way, one pretty serious, but Matt never lost his cool, was always available, and handled everything for us because we were already living out of town.
