We had an incredible experience working with Matthew Voss. Matt patiently worked with us for 3 years to find our perfect 2nd home. He visited many, many homes for us since we are not located in Florida. The house we purchased was one we didn’t see until post inspection and weeks prior to closing, Matt perfected assessed the home for us and sent us detailed videos with comments on every aspect so we could but from afar. He did this for many homes and his work was appreciated and landed us an amazing property at a great price. The law firm handling our closing said Matt is one of the best to work with, and we agree.

Matt is a the best real estate professional I have ever worked with. From listing to closing everything was handled with care and competence. ,Matt has excellent communication skills. He explained everything to us and used data to back up his presentation. It was so easy to make decisions after looking at the information.
